Fractional DOC Support
Moore Clinical Solutions provides remote mentorship and expert consultation to support your internal RN as they step into DOC responsibilities. I offer coaching, Ministry compliance expertise, and program development support at a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Daily 30-minute check-ins (Monday-Friday) via phone/video
- Regular coaching sessions (bi-weekly to multiple times weekly depending on your needs)
- Ministry inspection preparation and on-site support when needed
- Policy and program review and development
- Annual compliance assessments
- Crisis management consultation
